We  like to introduce you to our company, Lake Services, Inc. and give you a brief overview of our capabilities. 

We have been in the marine/construction/ fabrication business over 30 years, serving a wide variety of industrial, commercial and residential clients.  We’ve tackled projects as large as new marinas, commercial and residential trams and ultra high end custom homes while still servicing our residential clients, offering  unparalleled value and level of service on projects as small as moving an anchor or relocating a small boat dock.

Regardless of any projects scope, our motto is, “Perfect isn’t good enough, but I will accept it”.  We have had the privilege of having numerous high profile clients over the years and you can always be assured of our company’s discretion and confidentiality.  We are very proud of our record of bringing jobs in on time and on budget.

Our entire focus now is on maintaining and expanding our client base here on Lake Travis.  We have added key personnel to increase the ability to service our clients’ needs, especially in the areas of float replacement and annual dock maintenance contracts.  We offer four levels of service in our Dock Maintenance Program, please call us for details.  As you may already know, the LCRA has implemented new time lines and regulations for replacement of “non-encapsulated” dock floats (styrofoam has to be removed) on both commercial and residential docks.  We encourage you to visit their excellent web site to see how the new regulations affect you.

We are problem solvers.  The company was built on extensive structural experience that puts us in the unique position of being able to provide an extraordinary level of service for our clients from the back door to the end of the dock.  We will handle your needs with an old fashion sense of integrity and honesty, whether you want a new fire pit, outdoor kitchen, tram, observation platform, or a bar and icemaker on your dock.  How about a Reverse Osmosis system that will let you wash off the lime lake water without leaving mineral deposits on your boat or maybe the children would like a trampoline?  Tired of the spiders - we have systems for that problem too.
